Baby Cousins

My husband, Andy, and his cousin, Alex, have been very close since they were just little tykes and they still are. We really enjoy spending time with him and his sweet wife, Raemy. They are a fun couple to hang out with and they love (or at least don't seem to mind) playing with our kids. We were thrilled when we learned that they were expecting their first baby shortly after Sydney was due. And it was even more exciting when they found out that they were also having a little girl! Raemy and I decided from the very beginning that these two were destined to be best friends forever. We made plans to have lots of play dates so our little girls could get to know each other. Unfortunately, due to illnesses and busy summer schedules we have only able to visit each other once in the past 4 months since Delilah was born. Finally, last week, they were able to come over to our house for dinner. The girls were so excited because they hadn't even met Delilah at all yet!
We had a great time visiting, catching up and comparing baby milestones. Delilah is almost 6 weeks younger than Sydney so it is fun to see the differences in them. Sydney can almost sit by herself, but Delilah is not quite there. Delilah can already roll over, but Sydney hasn't figured it out just yet. They are pretty close to the same size, but Sydney is definitely chubbier! And both girls were all smiles checking each other out!

Of course, since I had my new camera I just HAD to take lots of pictures of these two cutie pies. Here are a few of my favorites...Side by side...two pretty blue eyed babies.Ohhh...what's this??...i think I want to stick my finger in it.And here are all our beautiful girls.
Annabelle can't wait until she is old enough to babysit.
