Christmas Party #1
Well, we've officially kicked off the holiday season with our first family Christmas party!! It was a very nice party and Santa even made a special trip to see all the boys and girls. And since they were all so good they each received an early gift. Sammy wasn't really to sure about Santa, but as he waited for his named to be called he watched the other kids to see if they would cry or not. He kept saying, "He's not crying...she's not crying..." Almost as if he was trying to tell himself if they could do it, he could do it! It was so cute! And he did just fine...he went right up to Santa and sat on his lap long enough for us to snap a few pictures...what a good boy!! Of course, the girls did fine...they are old pros! LOL!We also had to get some family pictures since we were all dressed up and in the same place and the same time...we actually took these first thing before anyone got messy or too cranky!

Here's Grandma and Grandpa with all their grandbabies. Next year they will have one more to balance!!And here we are...not the best picture, but I'm sure we will have many more family pictures taken before the holiday is over. I also took some pictures of the kids at home before we left. Sammy was hammin' it up for me with his Santa hat. Today was also Teresa and Mike's Anniversary. They have been married 34 years...25 more years then us! I made them this card and I thought it turned out really pretty so I just wanted to share ;)And this is the beautiful poinsettia that my wonderful hubby bought me for our anniversary. Since we were married in December we had poinsettias for our wedding flowers so they have a special meaning to me. He also took me out to dinner at Applebee's, and then we went to the mall to walk it off!! It wasn't anything to spectacular, but it was just nice to have some alone time together. That just doesn't happen often enough...or maybe it does...wink wink!!!Ok...sorry for the long post, but our next party is Saturday so stay tuned for more fun pictures!
